Before you apply
You will provide a clear photo of your ID and a selfie holding that same ID, with the birth date readable in both. You will then complete five camera poses. No microphone is used.
Images are processed on our server. Encrypted copies are available only to designated reviewers. Incomplete captures expire after 10 minutes; submitted evidence expires after 24 hours, or is removed earlier when you withdraw or staff decide. Minimal application records remain for 30 days and access/decision logs for up to 90 days. See the privacy notice for backup handling and support.
The local face and liveness checks are experimental. They assist staff and do not establish document authenticity or guarantee protection against manipulated images.
